     Cast Away Lodge is great vacation home located in Gray Tennessee in the Tri-cities area of Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City.  Cast Away Lodge is a large open cottage style home with 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. The house sits on a lakefront point, with 155 feet of private shoreline.
The vaulted wood plank ceilings and ceiling to floor stone gas fireplace gives the open living area a warm and inviting feeling.
     The large walk out deck has a patio set, 2 gas grill, outdoor swing, patio set that seats 6 and dry bar area that seats 4. The deck has fantastic unobstructed views of the lake. You can sit up on the deck and watch the kids play in the water, or you can go to one of the two lower decks perched on the water both have patio furniture to sit and relax as you enjoy the lakeside breeze.
     The floating dock is where the 5 person paddle boat is located. We provide life jackets for the kids.  This house also has a large outdoor hot tub that overlooks the lake, and a game room with pool table.      If you want to be on the water this is the place for you. With all the extra amenities this home has to offer it is a great value for your family vacation. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away, making easy access to put your boat in the water. You can rent a boat at one of our local marinas. You can leave your boat tied to the dock during your stay and the yard has plenty of room to park your boat trailer. Cast Away Lodge is pet friendly if pre-arranged, and has a fenced front yard to keep your pet safe while they are exploring the new territory. The home also has an outdoor fire pit, great for cooking marshmallows and telling ghost story's. Now is a grat time to make reservations for your family vacation

The house has two outdoor deck areas over looking the lake      Enjoy the outdoor deck areas. The upper deck is located outside the living room area and has a patio set that seats 6, dry bar area that seats 4, several lounge chairs,  outdoor swing, bar, and 2 gas grills.       The lower level sitting area sits under this deck and has a seating area with patio chairs and lounge chairs and the outdoor firepit. Great spot to sit and visit.       The third deck and floating dock area are located lakeside. This is where you will find the pedal boat, and another patio set to sit down at the waters edge.	The dining table seats 14, great for festive holiday dinners           The living room has a 32 inch TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, a video library for the entire family to enjoy, and 2 sofa sleepers for added sleeping area. The dining area has 2 dining tables and seats 12.  The deck area is only a few feet away with a outdoor gas grill, bar area that seats 4 and patio set that seats 6 for an additional eating area.
Game room has a pool table and a 19 inch tv. Enjoy the game room with the full size pool table and tv, gas fireplace. The house also has plenty of board, card games and a full library of Videos and DVDs just in case you have a rainy day during your stay .	This house has 4 bedrooms This house has 3 queen beds, 2 full beds, 1 king bed and 2 sofa sleepers for a added sleeping area. The two bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds and TV’s
The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Included is a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster oven, stove, icemaker, hot plate, blender, gas grill, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes .
The open floor plan has plenty of seating for large family gatherings Cast Away Lodge is a 2 level House: The main upper level includes 2 bedrooms with a queen & full bed and tv's in each upstairs bedroom. Also on the main floor is 1- 1/2 baths  the living room, dining area, kitchen and large outdoor deck. The lower level of the home includes: 2 bedrooms the 1st bedroom has 2 full beds. and the 2nd bedroom has a king bed and queen bed, also on the lower level is 2 full bath rooms one with a washer and dyer, the gameroom with the pool table and tv.
